I am a family man and love my family a lot like every other person out there. Somehow in our daily fast paced life we tend to ignore the mental wellness of us and people around. Most affected are our older generation who fail to cop up with this huge shift in lifestyle from their time today. Geriatric mental health is an issue we all must address as it is becoming very adverse day by day. We all can do little things together that may be enough to keep our grandparents and parents happy and healthy.
